  • At this time, Umlaut Industries LLC ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and NOT to international locations. Shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can be made at additional costs to the consumer. Umlaut Industries LLC DOES NOT ship to Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is reported as delivered by the shipping carrier.

    Umlaut Industries LLC is not responsible for items that are reported as delivered by the carrier. Items that are reported delivered, but not received (for example, due to theft off a porch or step or interception of package by recipient or agent of recipient).
    Umlaut Industries LLC primarily ships UPS Ground packages with signature confirmation.

    Umlaut Industries LLC is not responsible for any UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS Mail items that are reported as delivered by delivery confirmation or tracking information.

    Umlaut Industries LLC reserves the right to change or modify the method of product delivery to the customer.

    Magazine Shipments; By law, we are not allowed to ship anything over 10 rounds to CA, MA, NY, NJ, HI. NJ is 15 & MD is 20 rds.

  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Cash, Check or US Postal Money Order). Umlaut Industries LLC reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. Umlaut Industries LLC holds a standard 3-day non-use inspection period on all products that are USED or CONSIGNMENT items ONLY. Items not elidgable for return include but not limited to TOOLS, DVDS, BRASS, BULLETS and AMMUNITION.

    All returned merchandise to Umlaut Industries LLC is subject to a 15% restocking and handling fee.

    All items that are shipped to an FFL for transfer and the purchaser is delayed, or denied by the background check, then the items are still owned by the customer even if they are a prohibited person. If item needs to be returned, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and a returned item will have a 50% restocking fee.

    Actual shipping costs for returns/exchanges are not reimbursable.

    10 day exchange/return policy from delivery date (above restocking fee applies and the item must be unused).


    Order Cancelation:
    ALL canceled orders with Umlaut Industries LLC are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. The fee is 10%, but for orders over $500 USD the cancellation fee will not exceed $50 USD. Canceled orders are subject to a 3% Credit Card Processing Fee. All items on "Backorder" at the time of purchase are on order from the Manufacturer and Umlaut Industries LLC is not responsible for lead time accuracy.

    Cancellation of an order that required a deposit; such as a Special Order Item, Rifle, Carbine, or other firearm results in loss of the full deposit.

    Backorder:
    ALL items declared as on backorder with Umlaut Industries LLC are subject to a order processing at the time of the order. All funds will be charged at the time of the order. Phone Orders are the only backorder that will be charged at the time of the delivery. All items on "Backorder" at the time of purchase are all currently on order from the Manufacturer and Umlaut Industries LLC is not responsible for lead time accuracy.



  • Miscellaneous

  • The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Umlaut Industries LLC with respect to this Web site. The Terms and Conditions supercede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written between you and Umlaut Industries LLC with respect to this Web site.
